Your initial session at Bayside Behavioral Health involves an in-depth assessment of your mental health history and current concerns. This allows us to collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan to support your goals this could include medication and/or psychotherapy services.

Because of the federal regulations of telemedicine, such as the Ryan Haight Act, we are unable to prescribe controlled substances. This includes ADHD stimulant medications and benzodiazepines, such as Adderall, Ritalin, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, etc. We can discuss non controlled substance medication options during your intake, these might include SSRI medications (such as Prozac, Zoloft), SNRI, etc.
We accept Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Carefirst (BCBS) and Cigna/Evernorth. We also accept out of network private pay.
